Compare two proposals by fees and scope →NCAT groups tenancy, strata and home building among its housing and property case types. A property enquiry in Sydney or Parramatta may therefore require more precise classification than simply asking for a property lawyer. Tell the office which relationship, document or decision is disputed; a conveyancing service may have a different scope.
